Numeroasele sisteme de siguranţă activă şi pasivă incluse în dotarea modelului Opel Corsa au fost sincronizate în mod inteligent pentru a asigura un nivel optim de protecţie şi plăcere în timpul călătoriei.
5 stele la testele NCAP
Principalul element al sistemului de siguranţă SAFETEC® din dotarea modelului Opel Corsa este structura de protecţie a pasagerilor extrem de rigidă. Aceasta reduce la minim deformarea mecanică şi asigură cel mai mare spaţiu protejat indiferent de gravitatea accidentului. Prin urmare, Opel Corsa a obţinut punctajul maxim de 5 stele în cadrul testelor de impact NCAP.
Sistemul de airbaguri
Airbagurile frontale cu sistem de declanşare în două etape şi airbagurile laterale pentru torace/pelvis oferă un nivel excelent de protecţie pasivă. Opţional, sunt disponibile airbaguri cortină pentru asigurarea protecţiei optime a pasagerilor.
Faruri adaptive cu halogen (AFL)
În funcţie de viteza de deplasare şi de rotirea volanului, sistemul AFL sporeşte siguranţa în timpul conducerii şi asigură o călătorie relaxată şi plăcută. Când semnalizatorul de direcţie este activat, becurile suplimentare luminează într-un unghi de 90° la stânga şi la dreapta în intersecţii. De asemenea, pentru asistarea şoferului la parcare, farurile iluminează zona de parcare la cuplarea treptei de marşarier. La viteze mai mari, farurile se rotesc cu 15° spre exterior şi cu 18° spre interior în sensul de deplasare, în funcţie de viteza de rulare.
Sistemul de detectare a dezumflării roţilor (DDS)
Disponibil pentru transmisia Easytronic® cu ESP®Plus şi sistem de asistare la pornirea în rampă (HSA). Pierderea presiunii în pneuri este detectată prin măsurarea constantă a vitezei roţilor, care este apoi afişată pe panoul de instrumente.
