Gamă de motoare de înaltă performanţă
Motoarele ECOTEC® incluse în dotarea modelului Opel Antara sunt performante şi ecologice, îmbinând cuplul ridicat pentru mai multă eficienţă şi puterea impresionantă cu un consum redus de carburant şi niveluri scăzute de emisii. Toate cele patru variante de motorizare dezvoltă o putere rafinată şi respectă standardele de emisii Euro 4. Cea mai performantă unitate a gamei, motorul V6 de 3,2 litri dezvoltă o putere de 167 kW (227 cp), motorul de 2,4 litri - 103 kW (140 cp), iar motoarele diesel 2.0 CDTI oferă o putere de 110 kW (150 cp), respectiv 93 kW (127 cp). Filtrul de particule care nu necesită întreţinere şi reduce nivelul emisiilor nocive cu peste 90% este inclus în dotarea standard a ambelor motoare diesel 2.0 CDTI.
Transmisii
Motorul 2.4 ECOTEC® şi unităţile diesel 2.0 CDTI ECOTEC® sunt prevăzute standard cu o transmisie manuală cu 5 trepte de viteză. O transmisie automată ActiveSelect® cu 5 trepte de viteză este inclusă în dotarea standard a motorului 3.2 V6 ECOTEC® şi disponibilă opţional pentru unitatea diesel 2.0 CDTI ECOTEC® cu putere de 110 kW.
